Helping women heal their bodies is one of my greatest callings. My job is to educate and empower you while taking a deep look into your internal system. Working with me is unlike anything you have experienced. Why? Because I give the power back to you and show you how to heal your body and maintain optimal health.
Three years ago, I was sitting in the ER while my blood pressure tanked AGAIN.
From 2010-2022 I had spent most of my time relying on a doctor to heal me. Both functional and western. Despite their efforts and inability to find anything my health was getting much worse. In 2022 I lost over 35 pounds in 2 months due to severe GI issues. My blood pressure tanked TWICE with no explanation why. I had severe anxiety. My hair was falling out. My muscles always hurt. My body was screaming at me in every way possible.
I have always believed in holistic medicine but there were many parts to it I needed to learn. So I joined IIN Health Coaching program and my life changed. These little changes gave me my health back within a year. I knew my suffering was designed to help women heal their bodies and I quickly became passionate about helping women keep health sustainable while healing auto immune disease, severe gut issues, and hormonal imbalances.
